Richell Carmichael

Richell is a true Alaskan, born and raised in Palmer. She brings financial expertise to NorthStar Supply, holding a BS in Finance and an MBA. Richell understands the importance of family, as she's a proud mother of two boys and comes from a long line of Palmer business owners. Her passion extends beyond the office, as Richell enjoys coaching youth athletes in strength and fitness, helping them build a strong foundation for success.

Jason Carmichael

Jason brings strong leadership skills and a love for Alaska to NorthStar Supply.  He holds a BS in Leadership from Colorado State University and has called Alaska home since 2007.  Jason is a dedicated father of two boys, shares a passion for youth sports, and actively supports local motorsports.

Devoted to his family as a husband and father of two, Jack is a seasoned construction professional, bringing incredible industry knowledge to our team. With a keen understanding of client needs, he utilizes his expertise to ensure they have the best materials and support for their building endeavors.
